Our members have worked hard to distinguish themselves in the construction industry and in order to ensure a continued standard of members, we require that all applicants for membership meet some basic membership requirements. These requirements include proof of General Liability Insurance and if applicable, evidence must also be shown for Automobile Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation Insurance. Builders must also submit a copy of their contractor certification card.
All applicants must complete the Membership Application Form which, once submitted, will be reviewed by our Board of Directors prior to approval. Membership Dues for one year are currently $450.00. Note that all applications must be sponsored by a current, active member of the association. If you need assistance in identifying a sponsor, please contact our office.
